Privacy and your data

What we process
We use your email for account access and, when you choose Google, its account identifier. We process your page content and images to publish your site, your domain settings to connect a custom address, and billing identifiers to manage the plan. Security controls temporarily record IP addresses. Basic analytics count page views and button clicks by site ID; they do not store visitor names or emails.
Cookies and providers
Vira uses one essential, HttpOnly session cookie for login. Google verifies your identity if you choose that option and uses a temporary cookie during sign-in. Resend delivers one-time sign-in links and service notices about your site, subscription and upcoming access expiration. We do not use advertising cookies or browser storage for authentication. Cloudflare delivers the site; Stripe processes payments. These providers may process data under their own retention rules.
These providers may process data outside Brazil. Please use the privacy contact for questions about international transfers or to request correction of your account data.
Retention and your choices
Sessions expire after 30 days. Expired accounts are scheduled for removal after 90 days, including their pages and images. Email delivery records are removed after 30 days and when you delete your account. Security rate-limit records are periodically removed. In your dashboard you can download your account data or delete your account. Deletion cancels any Vira subscription and removes the site. Public images may remain in browser or edge caches for up to five minutes. Payment records legally required by Stripe may remain with that provider.
